Terms for using the website klaffa.app. Terms for the Klaffa product itself — login, subscription, SLA — are governed by a separate service agreement.

§1About Klaffa

§2Scope

By visiting klaffa.app you accept the terms below. They cover the website — not use of the Klaffa product. When you become a customer we sign a separate service agreement (MSA / service terms) and, for production data, a Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

§3Content on the site

Content on klaffa.app — text, images, product screenshots, icons, logos, code examples — belongs to Klaffa AB or our licensors and is protected by copyright. You may read and share pages for non-commercial purposes and quote in accordance with fair use and applicable law. Copying substantial portions, building a competing site from the content, or using the Klaffa trademark in your own marketing requires written permission.

§4Contact form

The contact form is provided so you can reach us. It must not be used for spam, malicious content, automated submissions, or to submit personal data about others without a lawful basis. We reserve the right to block IP addresses that abuse the form.

§5Links to other sites

We occasionally link to third-party resources — e.g. public authorities, documentation, our sub-processors. We are not responsible for the content of other sites.

§6Availability

We aim to keep klaffa.app available around the clock, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The site may be down for maintenance, updates, or due to issues with our hosting provider.

§7Limitation of liability

Klaffa AB is not liable for indirect damages — loss of profit, loss of data, third-party service disruptions, or consequential damages — arising from use of klaffa.app. We make no guarantees that the information on the site is always accurate or complete; product information, pricing, and specifications may change without notice. Binding agreements and pricing are always set out in a separate service agreement.

The limitation of liability does not affect mandatory consumer protection law.

§8Personal data

How we process personal data on klaffa.app is described in the privacy policy.

§9Changes

We may update these terms. The date and version above show the most recent change. Continued use of klaffa.app after an update means you accept the new terms.

§10Governing law and disputes

Swedish law applies to these terms. Disputes should first be resolved through dialogue. If that fails, disputes will be settled by general courts in Sweden, with Stockholm District Court (Stockholms tingsrätt) as court of first instance, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
